When you slowly run out of tangible friends....

A recent trip to Manila made me realize how few friends I have who are still in the Philippines...
For whatever reasons they have for flying and seeking better employment abroad all boils down to two reasons: money and better opportunities....and can be simplified into one: MONEY.

I never realized turning 26 also means realizing your friends are preoccupied with too many things...may it be their careers, married life, business, or what have they...it makes it too difficuklt to organize get together...and that's wherever you are...obviously, im not getting any younger...and I hate to admit that this is one of the most obvious signs that age is irreversible.

Gone are the days of being able to get together by a single text brigade to your friends...Coz regardless if technology is getting more sophisticated and your message might come across boarders in a blink of an eye, it seems useless as the people you intend to invite are somewhere on the other side of the planet...U.S., dubai, Singapore, China...and so, im still counting of the others who might leave again in the next few months.

Though not everybody have left, the one's who chose to stay are also preoccupied...and it works for me to get busy all the time...otherwise, loneliness would strike me from nowhere...

So here i am saying hi to all of my buddies....wherever you are, i extend my warm hug, and let's toast to all our endeavors...cherries on top of it! INUMAN NA!!! isang san mig light please...
